What are the benefits of purchasing through a reseller?
Resellers provide essential services that allow customers to take maximum advantage of the Google Apps suite, ease the initial setup, migration, customization, and ongoing user experience.
Google's program is designed to enable its resellers to support the customer relationship, from billing to support, customized services, and communications. Google's focus is on building a best-in-class product and allowing their partners to deliver a best-in-class experience.
While not required, resellers are encouraged to be the front line support for Google's customers, including this in their overall package of offerings. The support link in a customer’s administrator control panel will direct your to your partners support contacts.
What can you expect from a Google Reseller?
Post-sales activities are a core component of a reseller’s role, ensuring that the customer is fully deployed, migrated, and trained, in addition to providing ongoing support and consultation to the customer.
Your reseller should have trained and certified Google Deployment Specialists to support your deployment.
The reseller management console allows partners to centrally create, administer, and manage all customer accounts, manage ordering across SKUs, view order and invoice history, handle billing, and directly manage support cases with customers.
