Ancoris provides coaching and support to your IT team during the implementation; providing knowledge transfer to help your team to become Google Apps experts.
"Fully Managed" Email Implementation: Ancoris supplies Google Apps for Business and provides a customised deployment, training and support services including options for multi-phased/staged deployments, split-delivery/hybrid deployments and full management of supported data migration.

Note:
i) Cloud Skills Training is delivered as a series of sessions of up to 15 users at a time with 3 sessions scheduled per day. Larger numbers of users may be substituted by sessions facilitated by two instructors over half number of days)...e.g.60 users per session would mean 30 sessions over 10 days reduced to 15 larger sessions of 5 days.

Custom Statement of Work for larger or more complex deployments
Enterprise (2000+ users)
Google Apps deployment services for Enterprise Accounts (> 2000 Users)Deployments for Enterprises in excess of 2000 users or those across multiple independent domains will often involve multiple business and IT stakeholders and may involve replication across business units or divisions. This will usually involve additional considerations such as:
- Selection of Google Apps elements to be deployed (e.g. is Sites rolled out at the same time as Email etc..)
- Phased Data Migration or User roll-out
- Co-Existence with legacy environments
- Multiple stakeholders
- Single Sign-On or advanced security lock-down
- Fully Managed Data Migration
We would recommend that the project is managed as distinct workstreams with the appropriate owners for each element:
- Requirements and Discovery Workstream:
- identify core business requirements and map these to the Google Apps functionality
- define priority and roll-out of individual Google Apps functionality
- determine any infrastructure pre-requisites to be addressed
- Solution Design and Migration Strategy Workstream:
- Develop high-level solution design for deployment of Google Apps
- Agree migration strategy across the enterprise
- Consideration of timingfor data migration and user roll-out phases
- User Communication, Training and Change Management Workstream
- Agree communication strategy to employees on move to Google
- Define and implement training program to:
- Maximise benefit from Google collaboration tools
- Smooth user transition from legacy mail/calendar client to Google web-client
- Technical Deploymentand MigrationWorkstream
- Execute the deployment based on the solution design and migration strategy agreed
- Multiple phases based on organisation structure and infrastructure (see Corporate Deployment for technical elements)
- Service Delivery Workstream
- Agree on-going administration processes (e.g. leavers/joiners provisioning)
- Agree post-implementation support processes for:
- Administrators
- End-users
