About the role

As a Sales Executive you are responsible to deliver on sales targets, selling our portfolio of services to both existing customers and new prospects. You are expected to develop close relationships with your customers and prospects and understand their challenges. You are responsible for the end to end sales process and after that you should keep engaged in the delivery phase to ensure that your customer is delighted with their engagement with Ancoris.

Google Cloud is our technology partner of choice, so continuing to deliver value to them is crucial. A critical success factor for you will be to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the Google teams. An understanding of co-selling with partners would be desirable.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed the sales targets. No surprises here!
  • Prospect into new and existing customers, up selling and cross selling our set of capabilities.
  • Ensure customers are happy at all times.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with the relevant Google Cloud teams. Also make sure they are happy at all times.
  • Territory, Account and Activity Planning. Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively through analysis of assigned accounts and development of regular meeting and contact plans.
  • Develop joint plans with Google teams on your assigned territory.
  • Develop and support marketing activities where appropriate.
  • Maintaining records of activity and register them in the company’s CRM system (salesforce)
  • Provide sales forecasts accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Identify and engage with all relevant business, technical, financial and procurement stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective internal communication across the company, always having customer satisfaction in mind.
  • Provide feedback from customers to enhance product functioning and the service delivery.
  • Obtain agreements for references, case-studies or press-releases following successful deployments .
