Do you have vision and passion for customer success? We are looking for a dynamic and well-rounded senior customer success manager to act as the trusted advisor for our key customers. Working with our customer’s C-Suite and executive teams, as well as users at all levels, you will take personal responsibility to drive their adoption of Google Cloud and drive them to success.

The aim of the Customer Success Services team at Ancoris is to maximise our customer’s sustainability, productivity and profitability, through long-term partnership and technical advancements. The traits a Senior Customer Success Manager will bring to the role are:

How you will spend your time:

  • Proactively research and understand your allocated customers comprehensively, including their business priorities, commercial drivers, and their market sector
  • Undertake a proactive approach to understanding current pain points and being able to decipher these from support cases raised. This will invariably help to improve our customer’s “health” of their Google Cloud implementations, increasing customer satisfaction, and ensuring no attrition from our customers
  • Achieve long-term overall customer success of specific key customers, ensuring they are “moving forward” in identifying and meeting their digital Success objectives on Google-based solutions
  • Facilitate workshops with key players in our customers to identify specific success opportunities within assigned customers and, working alongside the Account Manager and Customer Success Services Specialists, build, qualify and win project opportunities
  • Develop high-level management relationships with key players in our customers and within Google Cloud

What you will bring to the role:

  • Minimum of 3 years track record of project management, service delivery or Customer Success responsibility in an established technology organisation, either in professional services, consulting, product development, or corporate IT
  • Commercial awareness
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with a natural curiosity and passion for learning
  • Proven ability to influence and drive IT projects and manage project scope and budget
  • Track record of driving results in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience in identifying and executing Success projects within medium to large-scale organisations
  • Good commercial appreciation of ROI & benefits of large-scale Success projects
