With Next OnAir, Google Cloud digital conference, you can still connect and collaborate with a range of industry experts to help you solve your toughest challenges.
This free online event will provide you with five weeks of on-demand curated content. Starting on 29 September, new content will be released every Tuesday — but you don’t have to worry about missing out. Every session will continue to be available after release, so you can catch up when it’s most convenient for you.
The event will include a wide range of content created specifically for participants based in Europe, while you’ll be able to access content from the Cloud Next OnAir global programme — currently running — as soon as you sign up. And because every session is available on demand, you can explore at your own pace in your own time, and don’t need to worry about missing out on one session because its running at the same time as another you want to attend.
All the content at the event has been designed to help you to explore how to solve for a wide range of business and technology challenges, with each week focusing on a different topic:
- Week 1: Industry Insights (29 September)
Gain insights into transformational efforts being rolled out at market leaders both internally and in initiatives with customers and ecosystem partners. As well as learning about approaches that can be applied in any business, you’ll be able to access sessions for specific vertical sectors such as retail, financial services, manufacturing, media and entertainment, and the public sector.
- Week 2: Productivity & Collaboration (6 October)
Find out how to change how your teams work with solutions designed for humans and built for impact. As well as giving you insights into how to improve team working and innovation, these sessions will cover keeping your business secure as you add remote and mobile working.
- Week 3: Infrastructure (13 October)
Take a deep dive into the migration, management, and modernisation of workloads. Sessions will cover a range of technologies, along with advice on how to deliver a smooth migration and cost out your cloud strategy. There’ll also be sessions from businesses like yours who’ve been through an infrastructure migration and are ready to share their insights and experiences.
- Week 4: Data Analytics and AI (20 October)
Find out how to generate insights from data at scale and put powerful analytics into the hands of business users. You can also explore how to use AI to add intelligence and efficiency to your business. If data management and governance is the challenge you need to solve, there’ll be sessions on migrating and managing enterprise data, too.
- Week 5: Application Modernisation (27 October)
Explore how to develop, modernise, and run applications — without the need for operations staff — using open source and other software. You can find out more about specific technologies like containerisation, APIs and cloud microservices, along with techniques for increasing the pace of digital transformation in your business by making your devops more productive.
