Unified communications for Google Apps allows businesses to integrate their phone PBX with their cloud-based Google Apps environment, providing voicemail, e-mail, fax and presence through phone, pc or mobile devices.
The Ancoris solution with Esnatech is straightforward to implement and will work with your existing PBX. It is highly scaleable for the enterprise and is developed by a company with over 20 years telephony experience.
Our solution provides phone voicemail and fax into GMail, extends presence to both voice and apps, works brilliantly if you are an existing Cisco, Nortel and Avaya telephony user, supports the Google Mobility story by integrating the voice system into both the Google Apps web interface, Android, iOS and Blackberry allowing phones to follow the user as they move from work, to home, to meetings etc.
The solution also allows companies to make a mobile or even a home phone number to become extensions to the corporate PBX...but with all calls being made by the central PBX (big cost savings over traditional teleworker solutions). Full control is provided from any device and this can even be automated to follow the user's Google Calendar.
Finally the solution also supports application integration with Google Chrome with Click to Dial in applications and specific integrations for Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and others.
