As well as communication being key to a successful deployment, we believe that structured training will help your end users change the way they work and embrace the new applications. Our training material is written in-house and is delivered by our own experienced team of trainers. This means we can guarantee the quality of our training engagement and are able to tailor our courses to any specific requirements you may have.
Training delivery methods
We strive to make our training accessible and cost-efficient, so we offer both face-to-face classroom training and virtual training. We help you to decide which delivery is the best fit for your user needs and culture, and can provide a blend of both solutions to train users across multiple locations or time zones. All our courses are instructor led with a small number of attendees.
Whilst the majority of our courses are instructor-led with with a small number of attendees to make them as interactive as possible, we understand that there are times when you need to train a large number of users quickly. We therefore also offer mass-webinars for larger audiences, with multiple instructors on each session to ensure all questions are answered.
Face-to-Face Classroom Training
On-site training courses are delivered in a series of concise 1 to 2 hour sessions to minimise business impact, and are informative and engaging.
Virtual Classroom Training
Virtual training courses are delivered by experienced instructors direct to your employees’ desks, wherever they are in the world, using the latest web-conferencing techniques. Training materials are viewed online through a web browser, and screen sharing allows us to demonstrate functionality directly within the tool you are learning about. Audio can be delivered via a local telephone number, or the attendee’s PC audio as required.
G Suite user enablement
As a result of our G Suite deployment experience, we have developed a set of standard training courses. Our structured training will help your end users take advantage of the collaboration features of G Suite and we will explain the difference with your previous productivity suite, for example Microsoft Office or IBM / Lotus Notes.
Courses available include:
- G Suite Messaging, including Gmail, Calendar, Hangouts and an introduction to collaboration with Google Drive and Docs
- G Suite Collaboration including Drive, Docs and Hangouts
- Google Sites administration and customisation training
These sessions will show end-users how Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Drive, Hangouts and Sites can work for them, introducing this new and exciting set of applications which will move your users from traditional IT services to cloud and mobile working. All of our training courses can be tailored to include your own best practices and key messages.
